Dunsmuir Lodge we are constantly striving to make our facilities

services such as this will make your participants' program time
at our facility truly distinctive.
People are a company's best assets. Building a strong corporate
team is an excellent way to harness the "people power"
in an organization. Recognizing this, Dunsmuir Lodge has expanded
our capabilities toward making your meeting a success. A new Experiential
Adventure Learning Centre is now permanently located on the Lodge's
grounds. This centre will consist of various team-based challenge
elements and 'stations' constructed in our natural forest setting,
just minutes from your meeting room.
There will be high elements (high ropes challenges) that will
be 30-40 feet up in the trees, low ropes challenge activities
that are installed closer to the ground (2-5 feet off the ground)
and an 'orienteering' challenge circuit. These challenge courses
provide a mix of strong group dynamic experiences that involve
problem solving, planning, trust and communication.
The Adventure Learning Centre has been professionally designed
by Pinnacle Pursuits, a Vancouver based team-building organization.
They will also facilitate the site's programs and activities.
Meeting groups will now have as an option a unique, adventure-based
learning experience that utilizes the Lodge's beautiful outdoor
potential. The site will be a huge asset for
companies and organizations that select the Lodge as their meeting
and training destination of choice, and who are looking for enhancements
to their program agenda.
Dunsmuir Lodge is the ideal venue at which to include an outdoor
training experience. We are situated in a stunning, yet easy to
access natural environment, with beautiful grounds and strong,
mature trees. In Eastern Canada and the U.S. there are numerous
